Our mission is to provide love, care, and support to people diagnosed within the community. We also provide education and support to family members, friends, and mental health students, who are invested in helping people live beyond recovery.

Sharing your life story is a key ingredient to wellness, and it encourages wellness in the lives of others by sharing it, you provide hope to someone in need---someone who needed to hear your challenges and victories.

We're advocates, stigma fighters, and most importantly, we're friends when people need it most.
