How to Prepare
To receive notifications including PSOM event notifications visit https://www.tdpud.org/departments/psom. At the bottom of the PSOM webpage, see the "How to Prepare" section. You will see links to resources for customers. Below those resources, you will also see an option to enter an email address for non-customers to receive notifications.
If you are a customer who would like to sign up for alerts, visit www.tdpud.org and click on the My Account button to update your contact information to be notified of emergencies and power shutoffs. Current alerts are only available in English.
Report an Issue
To report concerns regarding electric or water service, including outage information, call the Truckee Donner PUD, 24 hours a day at (530) 587-3896.
If the situation is life-threatening, such as a downed power line, please call 911 immediately, and then contact the 24-hour telephone number.
Otherwise, you may contact Truckee Donner PUD during normal business hours or email Customer Service: [email protected] (monitored during normal business hours).
